  1. Oversee the implementation of technology systems: The Technology Services Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation of new technology systems and ensuring they are integrated smoothly into our existing infrastructure.
  2. Manage maintenance and support: This role will involve managing the ongoing maintenance and support of all technology systems, including troubleshooting issues and coordinating with external vendors.
  3. Drive efficiency and innovation: The Technology Services Lead will be expected to constantly seek out ways to leverage technology to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive innovation at Bank of America.
  4. Ensure system security and compliance: It will be the responsibility of the Technology Services Lead to ensure that all technology systems are secure and compliant with industry regulations and internal policies.
  5. Train and mentor team members: This role will involve training and mentoring team members on new technology systems and processes, as well as keeping them up-to-date on any changes or updates.
  6. Stay current with technology trends: The Technology Services Lead will be expected to stay current with the latest technology trends and developments, and make recommendations for implementing new systems or upgrades.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: This role will require collaboration with other departments and teams within the organization to understand their technology needs and find solutions that meet their requirements.
  8. Manage budget and resources: The Technology Services Lead will be responsible for managing the budget and resources allocated for technology services, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation: It will be important for the Technology Services Lead to develop and maintain accurate documentation of all technology systems, processes, and procedures.
  10. Provide excellent customer service: As a representative of Bank of America's technology services, the Technology Services Lead must provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Technology Leadership Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge Of Various Technology Platforms And Systems, Including Networking, Database Management, And Cloud Computing.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Technology Projects And Initiatives, With A Focus On Delivering High-Quality Results On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
