Job Description

At Bank of America, we are looking for an experienced Technology Manager - Equities Data to lead our technology initiatives and drive us to success. The ideal candidate has a combination of technical know-how and leadership experience, a passion for technology, and a commitment to staying up to date on the latest developments in the field.The Technology Manager - Equities Data will be responsible for managing our technology projects, developing strategies to ensure our data is secure and reliable, and overseeing the implementation of our technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the equities data landscape, demonstrated experience leading technology initiatives, and a strong record of successful collaboration.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in a technology management role• Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to analyze complex data sets and make decisions based on data-driven insights• Strong understanding of the equities data landscapeIf you are an experienced and passionate technology professional with the skills and experience necessary to take on this role, we would love to hear from you.
