Extensive Experience In Technology Leadership: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In A Technology Leadership Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Large Technology Teams And Delivering Complex Technology Projects.
Strong Strategic Thinking And Decision-Making Skills: As A Technology Executive, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Setting The Technology Strategy For Bank Of America. Hence, They Should Have Excellent Strategic Thinking And Decision-Making Skills To Drive Innovation And Stay Ahead Of The Competition.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Banking Technology: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Latest Technology Trends And Innovations In The Banking Industry, Including Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, And Cybersecurity. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing And Managing Core Banking Systems.
