  1. Provide exceptional technical support to merchant clients for all Bank of America's Merchant Services products and services.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  4. Educate customers on the functionality and features of Bank of America's Merchant Services products and services.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues.
  6. Deliver top-notch customer service by actively listening to and empathizing with customers' concerns and needs.
  7. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and product updates to effectively assist customers.
  8. Identify and escalate recurring technical issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  9. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer experience and processes.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and security of customer data and information at all times.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing technical support to customers.
  12. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.
