Technical Business Analyst

Acts as a proxy Product Owner for multiple lines of business. Works with the Product Owners to define requirements/stories; reviews, analyzes and evaluates business user needs to ensure that the product is compliant with all Bank standards and policies. Analyzes, interprets, defines, and documents detailed requirements and acceptance criteria in features and user stories by collaborating with the business and technology teams, and third party/other interfaces or partners. Performs Cost/Benefit Analysis to align the technology to business strategy. Gathers & catalogs functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests. Determines the impact of modifications and enhancements on the application. Identifies, document and troubleshoot application related problems.
