- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to Bank of America.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and evaluation processes to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on best practices for attracting and retaining top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and offer negotiations.
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Represent Bank of America at job fairs, conferences, and other events to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Assessment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office.
