  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for Bank of America.
  2. Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  3. Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and align with the company's culture and values.
  4. Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices for attracting and selecting top candidates.
  5. Conduct thorough and efficient interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and potential fit for Bank of America.
  6. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  9. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor practices, and industry developments to inform recruitment strategies.
  10. Represent Bank of America at job fairs, career events, and conferences to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  11. Collaborate with HR colleagues and hiring managers to continuously improve and streamline the recruitment process.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Financial Institution Or Large Corporate Environment

  • Demonstrated Knowledge And Experience With Full-Cycle Recruitment, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Negotiating Job Offers

  • Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, As Well As Diversity And Inclusion Best Practices

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Hiring Managers And Candidates At All Levels Of The Organization.
