Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Sourcing And Hiring Top Talent For Various Roles And Levels Within An Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Best Practices And Ability To Utilize Various Sourcing Techniques And Tools.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Stakeholders And Candidates.
