  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the role.
  5. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  6. Act as a brand ambassador for Bank of America, promoting the company's values and culture to potential candidates.
  7. Use data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment processes.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
  9. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the talent acquisition process at Bank of America.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Sourcing And Hiring Top Talent For Various Roles And Levels Within An Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Best Practices And Ability To Utilize Various Sourcing Techniques And Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Stakeholders And Candidates.
