- Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor management.
- Ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services to meet the needs of the bank.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for adjustments to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Maintain relationships with existing vendors and identify potential new vendors to enhance the supply chain process.
- Collaborate with various departments within the bank to understand their supply chain needs and provide solutions to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with supply chain policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce supply chain costs and improve overall efficiency.
- Utilize supply chain management software and tools to track and analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth supply chain process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the supply chain operations.
- Train and onboard new team members on supply chain processes and procedures.
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to supply chain management.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all supply chain activities.
- Identify and troubleshoot any supply chain issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to track and report supply chain expenses.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Administration Or Related Role, Preferably In A Financial Institution Or Large Corporation.
Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Principles, Processes, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proficiency In Supply Chain Management Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, As Well As Microsoft Office Suite.
