  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor management.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services to meet the needs of the bank.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for adjustments to maintain optimal stock levels.
  4. Maintain relationships with existing vendors and identify potential new vendors to enhance the supply chain process.
  5. Collaborate with various departments within the bank to understand their supply chain needs and provide solutions to optimize efficiency.
  6. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with supply chain policies and procedures.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to reduce supply chain costs and improve overall efficiency.
  8. Utilize supply chain management software and tools to track and analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth supply chain process.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the supply chain operations.
  11. Train and onboard new team members on supply chain processes and procedures.
  12. Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to supply chain management.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized records of all supply chain activities.
  14. Identify and troubleshoot any supply chain issues and provide timely resolutions.
  15. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to track and report supply chain expenses.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Administration Or Related Role, Preferably In A Financial Institution Or Large Corporation.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Principles, Processes, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proficiency In Supply Chain Management Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, As Well As Microsoft Office Suite.
