The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the financial services industry, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong desire to grow with us. The MSO is responsible for building strong relationships with our merchants and developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities of a Sr. Merchant Sales Officer (MSO):

  1. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with merchants to build and grow business opportunities.
  2. Understand the payments industry and related technologies to effectively advise clients.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Analyze data and make decisions based on facts.
  5. Utilize an entrepreneurial mindset to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions.
  6. Meet sales objectives and other performance goals.
  7. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
  8. Prepare and deliver presentations for potential customers.
  9. Keep up to date with industry trends and regulations.
  10. Maintain accurate records of customer interaction and sales activity.
