- Conduct data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
- Develop and implement data quality controls and processes.
- Identify data discrepancies and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and understand data requirements.
- Design and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
- Monitor data usage and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.
- Create and maintain data documentation and metadata.
- Lead data quality improvement initiatives.

Extensive Experience In Data Analysis And Management: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. They Should Possess Strong Technical Skills In Sql, Excel, And Other Data Analysis Tools.
Strong Understanding Of Data Governance And Stewardship: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Data Governance Principles And Best Practices, Including Data Quality, Data Lineage, And Data Governance Frameworks. They Should Also Have Experience Implementing Data Governance Processes Within Large Organizations.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Data Steward Team, The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience Managing A Team Of Data Analysts And Data Stewards. They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Mentor And Coach Team Members, And The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Business Leaders, It Teams, And Data Owners. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Build Strong Relationships Across Teams.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Data Science, Information Management, Or Business Analytics Is Preferred For This Role. A Combination Of A Bachelor's Degree And Relevant Experience May Also Be Considered. Additionally, Candidates With Professional Certifications In Data Analysis Or Data Management Will Be Given Preference.
