
Specialized Fiduciary Administrator
Working independently, but closely, with one or more ESOs (Officers and Team Leaders) to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of services; will be responsible for accomplishing tasks consistent with policies and procedures, preparing internal and external documents related to account administration, and performing account maintenance activities and transactions, including but not limited to Client Relationship Workstation (CRW), Trust Web, PACE, Know your Customer (KYC) Tool, Interact, Administrative Review System (ARS), Settlement and Account Closing Portal (SAC), and Imaging Portal (FIRST). Will perform other administrative tasks such as filing, copying, telephone coverage, ordering supplies, drafting and mailing letters, etc. College, Paralegal training, or equivalent experience desired.

Working knowledge of PACE, Pierce, Trust Web, CEW, and CRW a plus
