- Manage the settlement process for clients' estates, ensuring all necessary documents and information are collected and processed accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other financial institutions to gather required information and resolve any issues that may arise during the settlement process.
- Conduct thorough reviews of estate documents and records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the settlement process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and provide support as needed.
- Keep up-to-date on industry regulations, changes in estate settlement procedures, and company policies to ensure compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly and professionally to any inquiries or concerns.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of all settlement activities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with training and mentoring of new team members as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Estate Settlement Or Trust Administration.
Strong Knowledge Of Estate Laws, Regulations, And Tax Codes.
Proficiency In Financial Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
