  1. Conduct skills assessments: The Service Delivery Consultant will be responsible for conducting skills assessments for employees in the GHR division, ensuring that they have the required skills and competencies for their roles.
  2. Identify training needs: The consultant will be responsible for identifying training needs based on the skills assessments and creating development plans for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  3. Collaborate with HR team: The consultant will work closely with the HR team to understand the organization's goals and objectives and align the skills assessments and training programs accordingly.
  4. Develop training programs: The consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to address the identified skill gaps and support employee development.
  5. Monitor employee progress: The consultant will track and monitor the progress of employees in their development plans and provide feedback and support as needed.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends: The consultant will stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent development to ensure that the training programs are relevant and effective.
  7. Communicate with employees: The consultant will communicate with employees to explain the skills assessment process, provide feedback on their performance, and motivate them to participate in training programs.
  8. Analyze data: The consultant will analyze data from skills assessments and training programs to identify trends, areas of improvement, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  9. Provide recommendations: Based on data analysis, the consultant will provide recommendations to the HR team and management on training strategies and initiatives to improve employee skills and competencies.
  10. Maintain confidentiality: The consultant will handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  11. Uphold company values: The consultant will uphold the company's values and culture and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  12. Continuously improve processes: The consultant will continuously review and improve the skills assessment and training processes to ensure they align with business needs and industry standards.
  13. Support other HR initiatives: The consultant may be required to support other HR initiatives and projects as needed.
