- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell treasury management products and services to both new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Identify and pursue prospective clients through various channels such as networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our treasury management products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as relationship managers, product specialists, and operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of treasury management solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the organization.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Continuously foster a customer-centric culture and provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Mentor and train junior sales officers to develop their sales skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Treasury Sales Or Related Role.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Products, Including Cash Management, Foreign Exchange, And Interest Rate Risk Management.
