- Develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform to meet the IT service management needs of Bank of America.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the ServiceNow platform remains efficient and effective.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow processes and procedures.
- Train and support other team members on the use and functionality of the ServiceNow platform.
- Participate in project planning and contribute to the development of project timelines and deliverables.

Extensive Experience With Servicenow Itsm: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Servicenow Itsm. This Should Include Hands-On Experience With Designing, Developing, Testing, And Deploying Itsm Solutions On The Servicenow Platform.
Strong Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Servicenow Development Best Practices And Be Proficient In Javascript, Html, Css, And Other Web Technologies. They Should Also Have Experience With Servicenow Apis And Integrations With Third-Party Systems.
Itil Certification: A Senior Servicenow Itsm Developer At Bank Of America Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Itil Processes And Principles. An Itil Foundation Certification Is Preferred, With Additional Itil Certifications Such As Itil Intermediate Or Expert Being A Plus.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams To Gather Requirements, Provide Updates, And Resolve Issues.
