Advanced Degree In Finance Or A Related Field: A Senior Quantitative Financial Analyst At Bank Of America Is Expected To Have A Strong Academic Background In Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Or A Related Field. A Master's Or Phd Degree Is Highly Preferred.
Extensive Experience In Quantitative Analysis: Bank Of America Requires At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Quantitative Analysis, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. Candidates Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Statistical Modeling, Data Analysis, And Financial Forecasting.
