  2. Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new products and services, from ideation to execution.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments, including marketing, operations, and technology, to define product strategy and prioritize product features and enhancements.
  5. Create and maintain product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  6. Work closely with project managers and development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features.

  8. Regularly communicate updates on product development and performance to key stakeholders and senior management.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential product issues and provide solutions to improve product performance.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management and incorporate them into the product development process.
  11. Mentor and provide guidance to junior product owners and team members.
  12. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to gather feedback and insights from customers, and use them to inform product decisions.
  13. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for all products and services.
  14. Continuously analyze and optimize products to drive business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  15. Maintain a customer-centric mindset and champion a culture of innovation and excellence in product development.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Product Owner Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Experience Leading Agile Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Complex Products From Concept To Market.
