  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of financial regulations and accounting policies to ensure compliance within the organization.
  2. Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform strategic business decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate and timely financial information for decision-making.
  4. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and updates to ensure adherence to current standards.
  5. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  6. Partner with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support for audits.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of financial policies and procedures.
  8. Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to streamline and enhance financial operations.
  9. Provide guidance and support to junior financial analysts and team members.
  10. Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial projects.
  11. Communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders to explain complex financial concepts and regulations.
  12. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and adhere to all data privacy and security policies.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance financial processes and procedures.
  15. Represent the organization in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis And Reporting, Preferably In A Regulatory Or Accounting Policy Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Accounting Principles, Including Gaap And Sec Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
