- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive claim information.
- Prioritizing and managing workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
A Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Claims Analysis, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Industry.
Proven Ability To Analyze And Interpret Complex Data, Identify Trends, And Make Recommendations Based On Findings.
Strong Knowledge Of Banking Regulations And Compliance Requirements For Claims Processing.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Teams And Stakeholders To Resolve Claims Efficiently And Accurately.
