  1. Conduct regular monitoring and inspection of the bank's operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  2. Identify and assess potential risks and control deficiencies, and make recommendations for remediation.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to implement and maintain effective risk management and control processes.
  4. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  9. Develop and deliver training programs to increase awareness and understanding of risk management and compliance practices.
  10. Monitor and track the implementation of corrective actions to address identified risks and control deficiencies.
  11. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve risk management and control processes.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on risk management and compliance matters, providing guidance and support to other team members and departments.
  13. Contribute to the development and enhancement of policies and procedures related to risk management and compliance.
  14. Continuously review and update monitoring and inspection processes to ensure they align with evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
