  1. Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate potential risks.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in business processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Provide guidance and training to team members on risk management best practices and procedures.
  5. Review and analyze data to identify trends and potential control deficiencies.
  6. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of internal controls and risk management processes.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure the bank's processes and procedures remain compliant.
  8. Lead and facilitate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote a culture of risk awareness and control accountability.
  10. Continuously evaluate and enhance the bank's risk management framework and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Financial Control Or Risk Management, Preferably In A Banking Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Internal Control Frameworks, Risk Management Methodologies, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks And Control Deficiencies.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Present Findings And Recommendations To Senior Management.
