  1. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of risk within the organization's operations.
  2. Develop and implement control procedures to mitigate identified risks.
  3. Monitor and review existing control procedures to ensure their effectiveness and make necessary updates.
  4. Provide guidance and support to business partners on compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  5. Investigate and resolve any control-related issues or incidents.
  6. Develop and deliver training programs to increase awareness and understanding of control procedures.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of control procedures, incidents, and remediation actions.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a strong control environment and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations on control activities and present to senior management.
  10. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to risk management and control procedures.
  11. Identify process improvement opportunities and make recommendations to streamline control procedures.
  12. Act as a liaison between the organization and external auditors during audits and examinations.
  13. Train and mentor junior team members on control procedures and best practices.
  14. Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels to ensure understanding and compliance with control procedures.
  15. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of control procedures and make necessary adjustments to maintain a strong control environment.

Job Qualifications
