  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  4. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure business operations are in line with compliance standards.

  7. Prepare and present reports to senior management on compliance status and areas for improvement.

  9. Conduct investigations and resolve any compliance-related issues or incidents.
  10. Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and auditors to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of compliance procedures.
  12. Collaborate with other senior business control specialists to share best practices and promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  13. Provide support and guidance to junior team members, as needed.
  14. Uphold the values and reputation of the organization by maintaining the highest level of integrity and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Risk Management, Compliance, Or Internal Audit

  • Proficient In Financial Analysis, Risk Assessment, And Control Evaluation

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
