- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other audit teams and participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement in AML data quality and compliance.

Extensive Knowledge Of Aml Regulations And Data Quality Standards: A Senior Audit Manager - Aml Data Quality At Bank Of America Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Aml Regulations And Data Quality Standards, Including The Bank Secrecy Act (Bsa), Usa Patriot Act, And Office Of Foreign Assets Control (Ofac) Requirements.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Role Requires A High Level Of Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Assess Potential Aml Risks And Gaps In Data Quality, And Recommend Effective Solutions To Mitigate These Risks.
Extensive Audit Experience: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Audit, Risk, Or Compliance Roles, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Management Position, Preferably In A Financial Institution Or Regulatory Agency.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Requires The Ability To Communicate Complex Information To Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Regulators, And Internal Audit Teams. Strong Interpersonal Skills Are Also Crucial For Building Relationships And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams.
