Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Development Manager to join Bank of America’s Information Security team. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and lead the SIEM team at Bank of America.
2. Develop and maintain security solutions to ensure compliance with internal and external security standards.
3. Evaluate, select, and implement SIEM solutions.
4. Maintain log management and security systems.
5. Monitor and analyze security threats and respond accordingly.
6. Liaise with other teams across the organization to coordinate and collaborate on security initiatives.
7. Develop and implement SIEM strategies.
8. Write scripts and maintain network protocols.
9. Provide technical support and troubleshoot security issues.
10. Maintain accurate documentation and records.
