  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk management processes and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements as necessary.

  8. Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders to provide updates on risk management activities, issues, and recommendations.
  9. Conduct risk assessments and produce reports for senior management, regulators, and other stakeholders as needed.
  10. Lead and participate in crisis management and business continuity planning activities to ensure the organization is prepared for potential risks and disruptions.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as regulators and industry associations, to stay informed and collaborate on risk management initiatives.
  12. Train and educate employees on risk management best practices and procedures to create a risk-aware culture within the organization.
  13. Proactively identify potential fraud and financial crimes risks and work with relevant teams to develop prevention and detection measures.
  14. Stay abreast of emerging risks and industry developments, and develop strategies to mitigate their impact on the organization.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by seeking feedback and implementing changes to enhance the risk management framework.
