  4. Proactively reach out to clients to discuss and promote new banking products and services.
  5. Meet and exceed sales goals by cross-selling and upselling products and services to clients.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in banking regulations to provide accurate and compliant information to clients.
  8. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Bank of America by representing the company in a positive and professional manner.
