  7. Process account transactions and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  8. Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, as well as regulatory compliance standards.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  12. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing Bank of America.

Job Qualifications
