As a Relationship Banker, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, while helping them achieve their financial goals.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Identify and understand clients' financial needs and offer appropriate banking products and services.
  3. Proactively reach out to clients to offer assistance and build loyalty.
  4. Meet and exceed individual sales and performance targets.
  5. Educate clients on various banking products and services, including loans, mortgages, and credit cards.
  6. Conduct financial reviews with clients to identify opportunities for additional products and services.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
  8. Keep up-to-date with current banking regulations and policies.
  9. Provide support and guidance to clients on digital banking platforms.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
  11. Proactively identify and resolve any client issues or concerns.
  12. Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  13. Represent the bank in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the Pine Hills Financial Center team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.
