  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, both in person and over the phone.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  3. Utilize bilingual Spanish skills to effectively communicate and assist Spanish-speaking clients.
  4. Understand and promote Bank of America's products and services to clients.
  5. Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  6. Actively participate in team meetings and trainings to stay updated on banking products, services and promotions.
  7. Maintain a thorough knowledge of banking regulations and compliance procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In Spanish And English: As A Relationship Banker At The Copiague Financial Center, Being Bilingual In Spanish Is Essential For Effectively Communicating With A Diverse Client Base.

  • Proven Sales Experience: This Role Requires A Strong Sales Acumen, With A Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets. Previous Experience In A Sales Role, Particularly In The Banking Industry, Is Highly Desirable.

  • Customer Service Skills: Relationship Bankers Must Have Exceptional Customer Service Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients. This Includes Being Able To Actively Listen, Identify Needs, And Provide Personalized Solutions.

  • Knowledge Of Banking Products And Services: To Effectively Advise And Guide Clients, Relationship Bankers Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various Banking Products And Services, Including Checking Accounts, Savings Accounts, Loans, And Investments.

  • Team Player: In Addition To Working With Clients, Relationship Bankers At Bank Of America Also Collaborate With Other Team Members, Such As Financial Advisors And Mortgage Loan Officers. The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
