  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and personalized financial solutions.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Utilize a thorough understanding of financial products and services to assess and address the individual needs of clients.
  4. Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and promote additional products and services.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and Bank of America policies to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide a seamless and positive experience for clients.
  7. Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting and cross-selling financial products and services.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
  9. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by taking ownership of client issues and following through to resolution.
  10. Demonstrate a strong commitment to professional development and ongoing training to stay knowledgeable about Bank of America products and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Banking Products And Services, Including Deposit Accounts, Loans, And Investments.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Retail Banking Or Financial Services.
