- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless and efficient customer experience.
- Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
- Attend training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Follow up with clients on a regular basis to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
- Represent the bank in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Strong Understanding Of Banking Products And Services, Including Loans, Credit Cards, And Investment Options.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services, Preferably In A Customer-Facing Role.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Goals And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
