Job Description

As a Regulatory Reporting Professional at Bank of America, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and developing and maintaining procedures and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency of all regulatory reporting activities. We’re looking for someone with a passion for the financial industry and a commitment to producing high-quality work.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, including a combination of regulatory reporting, financial analysis, and accounting. You should have a thorough understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting systems and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.

Responsibilites:

  1. Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulatory reporting requirements.
  2. Develop and maintain procedures and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency of all regulatory reporting activities.
  3. Monitor and interpret financial regulations and accounting principles.
  4. Utilize reporting systems to accurately produce financial reports.
  5. Provide financial analysis and review financial documents.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to regulatory reporting.
  7. Create and implement effective strategies to improve regulatory reporting processes.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external parties, such as regulatory agencies.
  9. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  10. Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
