  1. Provide exceptional support to Wealth Management Advisors: This includes assisting with client meetings, managing client communications, and coordinating administrative tasks.
  2. Ensure client satisfaction: Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries.
  3. Assist with financial planning: You will work closely with Wealth Management Advisors to develop and implement financial plans for clients, utilizing your knowledge of finance and investment strategies.
  4. Maintain accurate records: As a Registered Wealth Management Client Associate, you will be responsible for accurately recording and updating client information and financial data.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends: It is important to stay informed about changes and developments in the financial industry, and to communicate relevant information to the team and clients.
  6. Handle administrative tasks: This may include scheduling appointments, preparing reports and presentations, and managing client paperwork and documentation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.

  • Series 7 And 63 Licenses, With A Clean Record Of Compliance.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Wealth Management Or Financial Services.

  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Services, As Well As Financial Planning Strategies.
