- Provide exceptional customer service to high net worth clients by responding promptly and professionally to their inquiries and requests.
- Assist Wealth Management Advisors in maintaining client relationships and identifying their financial goals and needs.
- Prepare and maintain client account documentation, including account opening and maintenance forms.
- Conduct financial account reviews and analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns raised by clients, escalating them to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on financial products and services offered by the bank, and effectively communicate them to clients.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance guidelines.
- Continuously learn and improve upon skills and knowledge to provide the best service to clients.
- Support team goals and initiatives to drive business growth and success.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Financial Markets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Series 7 And 66 Licenses, Or Willingness To Obtain Them Within A Specified Time Frame.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Wealth Management Or Financial Services.
