- Provide exceptional client service by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Assist clients with their financial goals and objectives by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and addressing any concerns.
- Support Wealth Management Advisors in their daily tasks and activities.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients and assist in preparing meeting materials.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
- Assist with account opening and maintenance processes.
- Conduct research and analysis to support client investment strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of client requests.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most current and relevant information.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Bank of America's products, services, and offerings.
- Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve client experiences and processes.
- Adhere to all compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Wealth Management Or Financial Services.
Knowledge Of Investment Products And Services, Including Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, And Annuities.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Build Relationships.
Series 7 And 66 Licenses, Or Ability To Obtain Within A Designated Time Frame.
