- Provide exceptional client service to high net worth individuals and families.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Collaborate with Private Wealth Advisors to create personalized financial solutions for clients.
- Conduct investment research and analysis to assist with creating and managing client portfolios.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market changes to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Coordinate with various departments within the bank to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records and documentation.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering necessary information and completing necessary paperwork.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures for better client experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Bank of America, representing the company in a positive and professional manner.
- Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in wealth management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve division goals and targets.
- Uphold the company's values and ethical standards at all times.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Economics Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Investment Products And Services, Including Equities, Fixed Income, And Alternative Investments.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In The Financial Services Industry, Preferably In Wealth Management.
Series 7 And 66 Licenses, Or The Ability To Obtain Them Within A Specified Time Frame.
