- Develop and lead a high-performing team of benefits consultants to deliver exceptional services to corporate clients.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team to ensure successful client relationships and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to inform and enhance client solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on workplace benefits and provide expert advice and consultation to clients.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track team and individual performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent Bank of America at industry events and conferences to promote our services and enhance our brand.
- Continuously assess and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
Extensive Experience In The Financial Services Industry: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Financial Services Industry, With A Strong Understanding Of Workplace Benefits And Related Products.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Leadership: The Ideal Candidate Will Have A History Of Effectively Leading Teams And Driving Results In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Workplace Benefits And Regulations: A Thorough Understanding Of Workplace Benefits, Including Health Insurance, Retirement Plans, And Other Related Products, Is Essential For This Role.
