  1. Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures for the bank's Rates and CPM products.
  2. Monitor and analyze market trends and developments, and assess potential impact on the bank's portfolio.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and stress tests to identify potential areas of risk exposure.
  4. Collaborate with traders and other stakeholders to ensure proper understanding and communication of market risk.
  5. Utilize various risk management tools and techniques to identify, measure, and mitigate risk.

  12. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of risk management strategies with overall business objectives.
  13. Continuously assess and improve upon existing risk management processes and procedures.
  14. Provide guidance and support during regulatory audits and examinations.
  15. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure a thorough understanding of market risk and its impact on the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Market Risk Management, Preferably In The Rates And Cpm Markets.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Products, Including Derivatives, Fixed Income Securities, And Interest Rate Swaps.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Risk Management Strategies And Processes.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices In Market Risk Management.
