Strong Analytical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Quantitative Analysis Methods And Techniques, Including Statistical Modeling, Data Mining, And Risk Assessment. They Should Also Be Proficient In Using Software Such As Sas, Sql, And R.
Knowledge Of Anti-Money Laundering Regulations: As A Quantitative Scenario Analyst For Aml At Bank Of America, The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Aml Regulations, Including The Bank Secrecy Act And Usa Patriot Act. They Should Also Be Aware Of Current Trends And Developments In The Aml Field.
Experience In Scenario Analysis: The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Conducting Scenario Analysis Within The Financial Industry, Preferably In The Aml Or Risk Management Field. They Should Be Able To Develop And Implement Models To Identify Potential Aml Risks And Assess Their Impact On The Bank.
Attention To Detail: A Quantitative Scenario Analyst Must Be Detail-Oriented And Have A Keen Eye For Identifying Patterns And Anomalies In Large Datasets. They Should Be Able To Spot Potential Red Flags And Investigate Them Thoroughly To Ensure Compliance With Aml Regulations.
