  1. Conduct quantitative analysis and scenario modeling to identify and mitigate financial risks related to money laundering activities.
  2. Collaborate with other members of the Anti-Money Laundering team to develop and implement risk management strategies.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to anti-money laundering regulations.
  4. Utilize strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in financial data.
  5. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
  6. Develop and maintain internal processes and procedures to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential gaps in risk management processes.
  8. Work closely with other departments, such as compliance and legal, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to risk management.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve upon existing risk management strategies and procedures.
  10. Participate in industry conferences and seminars to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in anti-money laundering.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members on quantitative analysis and risk management techniques.
  12. Proactively identify and report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.
  13. Provide support and guidance to other departments on anti-money laundering regulations and risk management processes.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Quantitative Analysis, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Anti-Money Laundering Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Modeling And Data Analysis Using Tools Such As Sas, R, Or Python.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Clearly Articulate Complex Quantitative Analysis To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
