- Work closely with other departments, such as compliance and legal, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to risk management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon existing risk management strategies and procedures.
- Participate in industry conferences and seminars to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in anti-money laundering.
- Train and mentor junior team members on quantitative analysis and risk management techniques.
- Proactively identify and report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.
- Provide support and guidance to other departments on anti-money laundering regulations and risk management processes.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Quantitative Analysis, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Knowledge Of Anti-Money Laundering Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Proficiency In Statistical Modeling And Data Analysis Using Tools Such As Sas, R, Or Python.
Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Clearly Articulate Complex Quantitative Analysis To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
