Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Finance, Analytics, Or A Related Field: A Quantitative Finance And Analytics Manager At Bank Of America Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Or Statistics.

  • Strong Analytical And Quantitative Skills: This Position Requires A Strong Foundation In Financial Analysis, Statistical Modeling, And Data Analysis. Candidates Should Have Experience With Advanced Statistical Software, Programming Languages, And Financial Modeling Techniques.

  • Industry Experience: Bank Of America Seeks Candidates With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Financial Services Industry, Preferably In A Quantitative Role. Familiarity With Banking Regulations, Risk Management, And Financial Markets Is Highly Desirable.

  • Leadership And Management Experience: As A Manager, The Quantitative Finance And Analytics Manager Will Lead A Team Of Analysts, Modelers, And Data Scientists. Candidates Should Have Experience Managing A Team And Possess Strong Leadership Skills.
