Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Or Quality Control In The Banking Or Financial Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Banking Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As The Dodd-Frank Act And The Bank Secrecy Act.

  • Experience With Quality Management Systems And Tools, Such As Six Sigma Or Lean Methodologies.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Quality Issues Proactively.
