  1. Conduct regular quality control audits to assess the accuracy and efficiency of our banking operations.

  4. Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance and support in maintaining quality standards.

  6. Train and mentor team members on quality control processes and procedures.
  7. Prepare and present reports on quality control performance to management.
  8. Stay updated on industry standards and regulations, and ensure compliance with them.
  9. Proactively identify and resolve quality control issues and escalate critical matters to management.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve existing quality control processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Conduct regular performance assessments to ensure team members meet quality standards.
  12. Foster a culture of quality throughout the organization by promoting best practices and encouraging a commitment to excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Quality Issues.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Or Compliance In The Banking Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Banking Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Fdic, Occ, And Cfpb.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Quality Control Processes To Ensure Compliance And Mitigate Risk.
