At Bank of America, we are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Quality Engineer to join our Payments team. As a Quality Engineer, you would be a part of a dynamic and innovative team responsible for developing best-in-class digital products. If you have a passion for quality assurance and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Ruby• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute quality assurance protocols for digital products.
  2. Analyze complex data sets to identify potential areas of improvement.
  3. Design and implement automated tests to ensure product quality.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address potential issues.
  5. Monitor bug tracking systems and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in quality engineering.
  7. Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation.
  8. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve product performance.
  9. Recommend and implement system and process improvements.
  10. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
