  1. Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures for the organization.
  2. Lead and manage a team of quality assurance specialists to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  3. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the organization.
  5. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure the organization remains compliant.
  7. Train and mentor team members on quality assurance processes and procedures.
  8. Communicate and report on quality assurance metrics and progress to senior management.
  9. Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality and compliance.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory agencies.
  11. Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed and enforced.
  12. Continuously identify and implement cost-effective ways to improve quality and efficiency.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Control Standards And Procedures.

  • Experience With Regulatory Compliance And Knowledge Of Banking Regulations And Laws.
