- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Provide training and support to employees to ensure understanding and implementation of quality standards.
- Establish and maintain quality metrics to measure and report on the performance of processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve quality standards.
- Work closely with management to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Communicate quality standards and expectations to all levels of the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure quality standards are met during the development and implementation of new products and services.
- Monitor customer feedback and utilize it to make necessary improvements to processes and procedures.
- Prepare and present reports on quality assurance activities and performance to senior management.
- Foster a culture of quality throughout the organization by promoting awareness and understanding of quality standards and their importance.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Finance, Accounting, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Or Compliance Role, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards, Such As Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Dodd-Frank Act, And Fdic Guidelines.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Improving Quality Assurance Processes And Procedures, With A Focus On Risk Management And Continuous Improvement.
