  1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  5. Provide training and support to employees to ensure understanding and implementation of quality standards.
  6. Establish and maintain quality metrics to measure and report on the performance of processes.
  7. Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve quality standards.
  9. Work closely with management to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  10. Communicate quality standards and expectations to all levels of the organization.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  12. Collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure quality standards are met during the development and implementation of new products and services.
  13. Monitor customer feedback and utilize it to make necessary improvements to processes and procedures.
  14. Prepare and present reports on quality assurance activities and performance to senior management.
  15. Foster a culture of quality throughout the organization by promoting awareness and understanding of quality standards and their importance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Finance, Accounting, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Or Compliance Role, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards, Such As Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Dodd-Frank Act, And Fdic Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Improving Quality Assurance Processes And Procedures, With A Focus On Risk Management And Continuous Improvement.
