- Lead and manage global operations programs and initiatives to drive operational excellence across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of programs and initiatives.
- Manage large-scale projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of timelines and deliverables.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leaders in a clear and concise manner.
- Monitor and track program performance and report on key metrics to assess the effectiveness of operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in global operations to continuously improve processes and drive innovation.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and develop future leaders within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In Global Operations.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Banking Operations And Regulatory Compliance.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
