Job Description

As a Product Specialist at Bank of America, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers through helping them access the right products and services for their needs. You must also possess the ability to think strategically and be able to develop relationships with customers. In addition, you should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers in selecting the right products and services to best suit their individual needs.
  2. Provide superior customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with Bank of America products and services.
  4. Stay up-to-date on financial products and services available in order to offer customers the best options.
  5. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer service issues.
  6. Work both independently and as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized records for customer accounts.
  8. Utilize data analytics to identify ways to improve customer experience.
  9. Assist with the development of strategies for improving customer service.
  10. Ensure compliance with Bank of America policies and regulations.
